Introducing the Hublot x Berluti Classic Fusion Chronograph Japanese Movement Replica

on

Swiss watchmaker Hublot are celebrating their continuing “HUBLOT LOVES ART” campaign by partnering with street artists Hush and Tristan Eaton. The results of the collaboration are two new limited edition watches based loosely upon the concepts of “Fame” and “Fortune,” as evidenced by Hollywood on America’s West Coast and Wall Street in New York’s Financial District respectively. Although Hush is in fact established in London, he’s known for his work with frescoes throughout Los Angeles, including regions of West Hollywood, Melrose, and Santa Monica. Accordingly, Eaton is representing America’s East Price with the Hublot Classic Fusion 45mm Chronograph East Coast Bronze, and specifically New York’s Financial District (tying to the “Fortune” motif). The bronze case is intended to signify the iconic Charging Bull sculpture on the bowling green of Lower Manhattan. That is Eaton’s second collaboration slice with Hublot, having previously designed the timeless Fusion Aerofusion Concrete Jungle watch for the brand in 2016.

Having debuted Berluti’s leather on the dial of the time-only Classic Fusion last year, Hublot Watches Dublin Replica is once again using the Parisian shoemaker’s signature material, this time on a chronograph.

The Classic Fusion Chronograph Berluti uses Berluti’s Venezia Scritto leather that’s laser-engraved with calligraphy for the dial and strap.

Two apertures have been cut into the leather of the dial to accommodate the chronograph registers, while the hour markers are embossed batons.

The 45mm case is available in either 18k King Gold or black ceramic, matched with brown or black leather respectively. The movement inside is the HUB1143, which is an ETA 2893.

Like the first Berluti edition, the chronograph is packaged in a large Berluti-leather covered box that also contains a shoe care set comprised of brushes, creams and a mitten.
